Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing your order
As every item is handmade to order, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 weeks* after receiving your order confirmation email. This is not inclusive of delivery time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Should you require your item earlier, please do reach out before purchasing to see if we can accommodate.
Please be mindful during busier seasons we may extend dispatch time and delays may occur with international postage, postal services during certain times. These are outside of our control.

Delivery Times & Rates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times do not interfere with dispatch times. Please see dispatching policy for times. If multiple frames have been purchased, we shall combine postage for you at £2.00 per each frame.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Metal Print Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, due to volume we don't attach tracking, if you wish to receive, please email us and one of our team shall forward you the relevant details.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at themetalprintco@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 21 day return policy on items that are returned undamaged in their original packaging*. You, the customer are reliable for returns postage.
*Customised // Personalised items are non-returnable
If returns are not received in resell-able, good condition we will not be able to authorise a refund.
It is therefore in your best interests to re-wrap your returns properly.
If your print arrives damaged you must notify us within 48hours. Please email us in the first instance with your order number, name and appropriate photographs and we shall look into this with a matter of urgency. Without photographic evidence of delivery based damage we cannot replace or refund.
